Learning Edventures began in 2015 as a family-founded tutoring program serving a small group of elementary students. Through personalized instruction and strong family partnerships, we grew steadily through word-of-mouth referrals.

Ariel N. Henry, Ed.D.
Ariel is an educator and education leader dedicated to helping students thrive academically and personally. As the Co-Founder and Director of Learning Edventures, Inc., she partners with families to provide personalized tutoring and educational support tailored to each learner's needs. She is passionate about building strong relationships, fostering meaningful learning experiences, and helping every student grow with confidence. Ariel holds an Ed.D. from St. John's University, where she received the Dr. Gene Geisert Outstanding Dissertation Award.
Co-Founder, Tutor, and Academic Coach
Justin N. Henry, MBA, MSRE
Justin Henry is a real estate finance professional and co-founder of Learning Edventures, Inc., where he leads operations and long-term growth. Alongside his work in finance, he is deeply committed to expanding educational access, supporting programs in tutoring, enrichment, test preparation, and academic coaching for students from kindergarten through college. Justin is currently a Senior Financial Analyst at Carlyle Financial, underwriting commercial real estate loans, and holds a Master's in Real Estate Finance and Investments from NYU's Schack Institute, along with a BS and MBA from St. John's University.
